Nuclear power station
China

As part of a nuclear power station project, our client was faced with major modifications to its equipment because of customer requests. A Karbett Consulting expert was assigned to support the client contractually for a period of six months.

  • Our expert analysed the contract and the obligations of each party.
  • An in-depth analysis of the documents (letters, minutes, etc.) was carried out to identify the key arguments to build a robust claim file.
